First, she takes us through the entire mill and explains the processing of olive into oil. Both the traditional methode as the modern centrifuge one are discussed.
During the tour she pays also attention to the olives and the olive-tree.
Then follows a demonstration of olive oil tasting, where everyone is invited to join.
The visit ends with a tasty buffet consisting of all kinds of snacks and the different olive oils.
This package can be booked all year round, but if you want the olive harvest experience, make a visit between mid-October and late November.
